RIFT

RIFT is a science fiction game based on RUNE by GilaRPGs and inspired by Mass Effect, Star Wars, and Halo. In RIFT you take on the role of the Riftborn—a cyborg agent of the Dusts of Creation designed to pursue and capture Rift Cores . Engage in tactical, grid-based combat and exploration of Points of Interest in service to your mission. 

There is no defined narrative in RIFT, but you will find various bits of knowledge, data, and lore as you explore the mission area presented in the game book: Shroud Maw Prison. What are the scientists on this prison doing? Who is the Core Warden that runs the show? Can you, Riftborn, defeat these foes and take their Cores for yourself?

NOTE: While the RIFT is playable without having RUNE, it is recommended that you read the rules to RUNE to get a fuller understanding about the game's various mechanics.
